The All Wales Paediatric Critical Care Network has been established to help develop a consistent management strategy for these patients and to foster good communication between lead centre providers of Paediatric Critical Care, and District General Hospitals.

The group has representatives from the main medical and nursing disciplines who care for sick children. As well as Paediatric staff, this includes anaesthetic and emergency medicine staff
